Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Pittsburgh Regional Investment Center (PRIC) is a federally approved EB-5 Regional Center, the only one that covers Southwest Pennsylvania, exclusively. As an EB-5 Regional Center, PRIC coordinates foreign investment in Southwest Pennsylvania in compliance with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 statutes, regulations, and established precedent. As a Program of Idea Foundry, our parent company, PRIC promotes Idea Foundry’s primary objective of regional economic development, choosing only those large-scale projects that we believe will encourage sustained economic growth in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
For Foreign Investors
As a regional center dedicated to providing foreign investors with USCIS authorized EB-5 investment opportunities, we ensure that all the EB-5 immigration requirements are met by selecting investments and partners with outstanding track records. All current PRIC investment opportunities are in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) so that investors qualify for a lesser investment of $500,000.
For Project Owners
The EB-5 program offers a great funding source for domestic project owners. We collect EB-5 funds to invest in local projects in many different ways, one example being a 5-year interest only loan. Compared to domestic loan providers, we offer attractive interest rates depending on the project risk profile. We can fund specific development and first dollar construction, but with the restriction that total EB-5 funding would not exceed 50% of the project total cost.
